Description:

1st Cadet Battalion Kings Royal Rifles (South Africa 1900 - 1902)

The card is dated 1952 and is the pattern that would have been used for Kings Crown service caps etc

The card features official inspection seal on the rear.

It has been updated with a NSN 8455-99-973-9573 which is now obsolete

This will have been a sample that would be sent to manufacturers to produce the same regulation standard badge.

A great piece of history for collectors and vintage dress hats or berets insignia.

The badge itself is approximately 1.4"

The card measures 9 x 5" approximately
