Choosing buttons
We stock regimental buttons for units including the Guards, The Rifles, the Royal Horse Artillery, the Intelligence Corps, RAVC and many more, plus RAF eagle buttons, Royal Navy anchor buttons and plain issue buttons.
Button sizes are given in lignes, written as L. 40L (about 25mm) is the large tunic or greatcoat button, 30L (about 19mm) and 26L (about 16mm) are used on jackets, and 22L (about 14mm) is for pockets, cuffs and caps. Each listing says whether it is a shank or ring-back button, and the crown it carries.
