Wash spacers and footbeds with lukewarm water (do not exceed 30°C)
Scrub gently and allow to dry naturally Do not force dry, or expose to heat (including radiators)
Footbeds and spacers should be washed at least monthly, but if boots are worn all day, every day, then more frequent washing may be required
